Honey Hunting Trip

Walk between the biggest mangrove forest in the world- Sundarbans, to experience an unexpected adventure of searching giant beehives called Apis Dorsata. Sundarbans is Situated in the southwestern part of Bangladesh and it’s the home of the habitat of the world’s largest cat, the Royal Bengal Tiger. This precious forested area which is situated in the southwestern part of Bangladesh is home to 4.5 million people and the royal Bengal tiger. Due to its immense cultural heritage and rich ecological system, Unesco World Heritage Committee declared the Bangladesh portion of Sundarbans World Heritage site.

Busy Bee gives you the one time experience to go and see how the honey hunters (locally called Mawalis) community uses their inherited family knowledge and practical experience to hunt the giant beehives and collect honey inside of Sundarbans.
